Didier Laloy and Adrien Tyberghein, two extraordinary musicians, form a duo born from the desire to combine two seemingly opposing universes: so-called “serious” music and “light” music.
Their duo breaks stylistic boundaries by mixing traditional music, classical music, rock and electronic music. Their repertoire is made up of original music revealing all the richness of this collaboration. From crazy rhythms to expressive melodies, these compositions take the audience to the crossroads of worlds.
Didier dreamed, entering the stage, of shaking the hand of a conductor. Adrien dreamed of improvising on traditional themes from elsewhere. Their dreams come true in this atypical, visceral and definitely rock duo.
DIDIER LALOY - diatonic accordion
Didier started playing the diatonic accordion at the age of 13 and took part in numerous workshops with Bruno Le Tron, Marc Perrone and Jean-Pierre Yvert.
For several years he has been considered one of the most active representatives of the diatonic accordion revival in Europe.
His ease on stage, his ability to tackle all musical genres, his human qualities make him a musician in great demand (he has played on no less than 150 albums).
The artist also remains one of the most creative figures of his generation. Constantly in motion, his universe draws its strength through endless generosity. It is the basis of several creations/groups including: [Pô-Z]s, Noir's, Couturière, S-Tres, Samuraï, Trio Trad, Tref, Belem, Belem & The Mekanics...
ADRIEN TYBERGHEIN - double bass
Adrien is a French musician and composer. He collaborates with renowned ensembles such as the Opéra National de Paris and the Ensemble Intercontemporain. He has also played with renowned artists in the field of classical music, jazz and contemporary music (Manu Katché, Ibrahim Maalouf, Gautier Capuçon,...). These projects led him to discover his own path and to devote himself mainly to the double bass as a soloist, chamber musician and composer. Adrien pushes the limits of his instrument in an original and unexpected way.
France Musique describes him as a musician who “revives a classical universe that has obviously been dusted off.
An intense personality which provokes this unexpected crossover”
